Brett was awesome, he was able to retrieve my files from my laptop which no longer worked. He took the time to break... down terminology and explain to me what was wrong and gave me options on how to move forward. So I never felt like I was out of the loop as I don't understand IT very well. 100% happy with the outcome.read more
