I found Brett’s details on Google after dropping my laptop towards the end of semester; a stressful time when many of my assignments were due and I desperately needed my laptop. Brett had my computer back to me in just over 24 hours, and as a result my studies were not impacted. Brett was very friendly and kept me informed about the costs and what repairs were needed, and he has also been very helpful in suggesting options which will improve the performance of my laptop. I will be returning to Brett if I run into any other trouble, and I will likely return to undergo the upgrades he suggested. Thanks very much Brett!
